The first step in creating the perfect leather patch hat is choosing the hat style and color. The number one selling hat is the Richardson 112 line, with over 100 color options. The Richardson 168 Flat Bill line closely follows. We offer many other top selling brands to choose from as well.

The next step is to choose a leather patch color that represents your brand. We have many stunning, hand-dyed colors to choose from. Offering options from the most natural looking, undyed leather patches to vibrant neon orange, green, and pink that 'glow' under an ultraviolet light!

The shape of the leather patch can make all the difference. We offer a generous selection of premade shapes to compliment any logo. Each shape is resized by our skilled patch crafters to create the perfect fit.  Or, you can allow the artist to create a unique patch shape that makes your logo stand out!

To ensure the leather patch will not fall off, we sew it directly to the hat with your choice of thread color. Classic colors like brown, black, and white are always popular choices. We offer many options to suit any taste.

The final step in the design process is to engrave a proof patch. Our skilled crafters will laser engrave the logo you provide. A picture of the patch will be sent to you for final design approval. After approval of the proof, the order can begin production.
